| General Malcolm Granger is the even-tempered yet uncompromising son of an Iowa crop duster. His career in flight began at an early age. During the Vietnam War, Granger, then a lieutenant, became an ace in a single day by shooting down 4 MiGs. Having advanced in the Air Force ranks, Granger now specializes in advancing the role of America's military aircraft.
- All air units have laser-point defense systems, except for the Comanche.
- All aircraft cost less.
- The Stealth Fighter no longer requires a General's point upgrade. It is available from the start.
